News of July 28, 2010 : Now He Believes
I just keep hearing the Quake 3 anouncer voice proclaiming "IMPRESSIVE!" That said, at the range this is going on at, spin drift probably wouldn't be an issue. Not sure how far off you have to be, before it starts throwing your aim off. I just didn't want this guy to pop off a perfect shot, first thing. This guy gets the job done, but he's far from perfect.
I want to make some major changes to the comic. I want to play up the multiple universes aspect, and use it as a chance for some more fantastic landscapes. So far, I feel the comic has been a little too "X-Files with swords and ray guns." I originally wanted to do Angel as a solo adventurer, but built a team of characters around her, when I made the comic. I'm not sure why I put her in a team, and I don't feel I've ever had a good grasp on how to handle the group from a character perspective. I wont be dropping them, there's just no way to make it make sense within the setting. I've been toying with ideas for a side comic that would be closer to that original idea. That comic probably won't happen, since I have several ideas for the setting, keep getting more, and I can't seem to rule any of them out. I'll be incorporating a few ideas I had for that, into the established comic. Three will be at least one world/dimension that the characters will be finiding themselves in, on a regular basis. Or so, that's that's the plan.
See you next week! |
