This is so incredibly wrong for this character, it's not even funny.
The picture was inspired by a comment made at the PNH forums
about one of the Chibi Cheerleader characters in a school uniform.
This image stuck itself in my skull, untill I drew it.

I've found out there's an anime character named Sailor Angel, so
I've changed the name of this page. Didn't want people to think I was false advertising,
or anything.
